Mr Hemant Jain is B.E. in Electronics and Telecommunication. He has completed his degree from Amravati University in the year 1994. His hard work has helped the company to achieve good reputation in the industry. Under his brilliant guidance, we have developed an efficient team, which also support us to obtain our targets.

I have always been blessed by my father Shri Nandan Lal Jain and my mother Smt. Basanti Bai Jain. I dedicate my success to my elder brother Mr. Mahavir Jain and younger brother Dr. Kapil Jain. From Last 10 years increase of my graph is only because of my better half Mrs. Anshu Jain and with love of my kids who are my backbone.

Welded Mesh - Our Specialization
We specialize in manufacturing wire mesh which is the most feasible alternative for ground slabs. We also manufacture link fence, metal link fence, galvanized link fence, barbed wire, galvanized iron wire nad many more. Concrete slabs such as floors of factories, garages, office buildings, warehouses, canal lining on ground including roads and pavements are often ignored and neglected from the provision of reinforcement. Welded mesh usage offers the only practical and easy solution for reinforcing slabs on ground. Use of our welded mesh ensures that no cracks are developed on the surface due to heavy traffic, temperature changes, sub-soil erosion or movements and others Cost of a welded mesh reinforced slab is also more or less similar to that of a slightly thicker un-reinforced slab.

Usage of welded mesh serves to control cracking and crack width in both directions.

It ensures that even if a crack develops the cracked faces are held together and the aggregate interlock is maintained.

The amount of reinforcement to be provided in ground slabs is generally designed by the Sub grade-Drag Procedure where:

As = 9600 x F x L x W; Where
As = Reinforcement area required (mm2 Vm)
fs = Allowable stress in reinforcement(N/mm2)
F = Friction factor = 2
L = Distance between free ends or joints of slab (m)
W = Dead weight of slab (tons/m2)

A typical 150mm thick ground slab with joints spaced 6m apart by the above design would need as = 2 x 6 x 0.375 x 9600 / (2 x 230) i.e. 94 mm or 0.063% steel. WELDED MESH of 75 x 75 x 3.2 x3.2mm of 1.75 kg/sq. mtr. would be sufficient for this slab.
